What is needed for successful certification

To obtain a certificate of successful completion of training as a mediator, the participant must meet the requirements for certification, successfully passed all elements of the exam, as described below, and to be present at least 80% of the time on training.

Important for IMI certification: for fully online courses, to obtain IMI certification, participants must submit a one-hour recording of playing roles that they realize during the training with their own friends and acquaintances, which should be delivered to the service provider neatly and it should also be delivered in writing the task regarding the specifics of role playing. For online courses, participants confirm that they will participate in a computer, microphone and camera and will remain visible and can participate in voice during the course. Mobile phones are not suitable. They must also ensure that they have a sufficient internet connection to stay connected through the course of the course and a smooth place during the training. Participants also confirmed that they have basic computer skills, including the ability to manage any technology enough.
